Absolute Proof that God’s Word is True and Heaven Exists from (Mostly) Non-Christian Sources

For years seance participants, mediums, near-death survivors, John Edward, Sylvia Browne, psychics and spiritualists everywhere have been providing proof that God’s Word is absolutely true and that Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven.
How could I have missed it until now? Sometimes the obvious is so obvious that it becomes invisible.
The Old Testament testifies of communication between those who are alive and the spirit of those who are not. Mediums have practiced their arts for thousands of years.
Most folks who seek to communicate with the dead are not Christians. The vast majority of feedback from the beyond is delivered through non-Christian mediums. (No pun intended.) Bible believers admit to the existence of the spirit world and the possibility of communication that crosses the dividing plane because the Word of God says it’s true.
Far more non-Christians share tidbits from the other side than Christians. And what is the one piece of information no spirit has ever shared with a medium? What is the one nugget never set before spirit-seeking audiences lusting for ultimate truth? What simple message has never been uttered by a human spirit speaking from the other side?
What has no spirit ever reported about God and heaven?
“It’s a lie.”
Think about it.
. . .
Remember: God has always been clear that we are not to play in that realm. Any spiritual inquiry to be made must be directed to the Holy Spirit, not the dead.

Lynn, I was into New Age for 18 years. I dabbled in all kinds of stuff and was fascinated by so much of it. It’s very alluring and very deceiving. Once, early in my journey through the occult, a friend wanted to go to a medium, and paid my way to the gathering. The person everyone there went to see was a “channel” through which some special ancient spirit was supposed to communicate. That spirit spoke to each one of us gathered in the circle.
When it was my turn, the spirit ridiculed me for wearing make-up, and basically compared me to a whore, which I can assure you, I was not. I left feeling violated and never wanted to go to another gathering like that again. The spirit was real, but it wasn’t from some wise, long-dead person. That spirit knew exactly where I was weak and doubting myself. It took me a while to shake off the effect of what it had said to me, but I did get rid of how it made me feel.
Still, I continued on into the study of “enlightenment” and other mystical pursuits. I could have easily been swallowed up completely by them. It’s the grace of God that did not allow me to remain in that realm. I was 36 years old when I accepted Jesus. I was away from Him for too long. I was searching for love in all the wrong places. He picked me up when I was in deep despair, drowning in depression and suicidal thoughts.
I have had plenty of additional spiritual battles, including wrestling for 5 years with the spirit of witchcraft that manifested in my adult daughter through her interest in Wicca. It was a very tough battle, but God helped me stand my ground. I would caution anyone who has had a past with New Age and the occult. Your days of testing will not cease just because you have laid down the false teachings of the enemy. Be vigilant in your quest to know and trust God. You will always need Him to help you stay strong.
Thank you for sharing your experience and the warning you are so well qualified to deliver. I had a great interest in parapsychology until God made it 100% clear one morning that such interests, even though (mostly) scholarly, were OFF LIMITS. Spirits absolutely exist. Some may be benign, but they are always dangerous unless the spirit in question in the Holy Spirit.
Blessings,
Lynn
