Obamacare – Medical Research, Critical Race Theory, and the Garden of Evil

Obamacare has taken control of medical research, legitimized Critical Race Theory, and opened a broad new gate into the Garden of Evil.
Evils of Obamacare
The Supreme Court will rule on the constitutionality of Obamacare in the next couple of weeks. What better time to revisit some of gifts this law has delivered to the federal bureaucracy at great expense to your personal freedom.
Obamacare is at best an abuse of the public trust and at worst a calculated assault against segments of society who have traditionally been successful. In the name of doing good the federal government proved once again that it cannot be trusted. One tiny example is the Executive Order signed by President Obama that prevents the use of any public money for abortions. That Order bought the last vote needed to pass the bill in the House. The reality is that Obamacare requires each enrolled citizen to contribute to its abortion fund.
If you missed that, Obama promised one thing and delivered the exact opposite.
Obamacare “Exchanges” Will Corrupt Absolutely
There are many places in the bill where the omnipotent “Secretary” can contract out large pieces of the bureaucracy yet to be created. This is politico-speak for “line my pockets.” The whole emphasis of carbon credits and Cap and Trade was to pay off the buddies who formed the organization that handles the exchange of credits. Guess what also appears in the healthcare legislation? Yep, exchanges of credits. Ever wondered how Al Gore got so rich so quickly? Carbon credit exchanges.
Please note the major problem on page 124: there will be NO administrative or legislative review of payment rates or methodologies to providers set by the “Secretary.”
Pages 125 and 126 authorize additional payment to “reduce ethnic health disparities.” Critical Race Theory is legitimized in Obamacare, something Barack Obama (and friends) have been seeking to accomplish since at least 1991. And, of course, the Secretary’s decisions are NOT reviewable.
Obamacare Controls Medical Research
Page 501 gives the newly formed Center for Comparative Effectiveness Research (CCER) the legal responsibility to conduct or supervise all medical research. Wow. Now they’ll control what comes to the market and the results that are (or aren’t) shared with the public. My favorite bit about the CCER (Page 503) is that it may “secure directly…any and all information necessary to enable it to carry out this section…”
Whoever controls Obamacare will have the reins of control over every other part of the government. All other areas of government (IRS included) are required to give anything to the CCER it wants. Even “1984″‘s Big Brother wasn’t this big. Not only that, but the lords of Obamacare will have all of your medical records and you may be involved in medical research studies without even knowing it.
Who controls what medical tests you get and the results of those tests? The results of all medical studies will be curated by the new bureaucracy. There is no provision for oversight and there is no mechanism to prove that the results you receive from any test were not reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness before you got them.
Is the new treatment you begin for diabetes part of a new study? You have no way to know. Is the drug your child gets a placebo, where a blind study is conducted by order of the “Secretary?” Will the mortality tables begin to tilt in favor of one sort of American over another? Sure, this is crazy talk. The point is that Obamacare does not allow you to KNOW.
Obamacare deserves an award for its use of creative verbage. In this bill a “consensus-based” entity is any entity with a contract with the “Secretary.” By law, every deal made in the name of Obamacare will deserve the label of “consensus.” Webster must be rolling over in his grave.
Obamacare Controls Medical Schools and Residency Programs
Other parts of HR3200 give the total control of medical residency programs for physicians to the “Secretary.” Where residents study and how many study will be at the whim of the “Secretary.”
Okay, in the spirit of objectivity, there is one really good part. It requires the Medicare claims window to be reduced from 36 months to 12 months. Why in the world do we allow a three year window for submitting claims to Medicare now? Yep, the government is really good at health care. Been to a VA hospital lately?
Even Obama Recognizes the Failings of Obamacare
Waivers. I’m not going to belabor the point, but if Obamacare is so great why do hundreds, or thousands, of employers (and unions) need waivers exempting them from Obamacare? They not only demanded waivers; they were granted waivers. But once the media started sharing the stories about the unending waivers they suddenly dried up.
Obamacare is about politics. Politics is about accomplishing social change. Obamacare will take down our economy and our society. Obamacare is also really hung up on issues of sexuality and promotes an androgynous atheistic Garden of Evil. From contraceptives to abortion to sex-change operations, Obamacare is all about the devil’s work. You heard it here.

Since Luke 17′s predicted “days of Lot” (see Genesis 19) immediately precede the Second Coming, gays and gay-loving SF politicians are hurrying up, and thus helping to fulfill, Christ’s return as Judge and making the Bible even more believable! Not one to mince words, Jesus said in Mark 9:42 that anyone hurting a child in any way deserves to be hanged and have his body thrown into the ocean – It’s far from coincidental that the more America elevates gays and other violence, the more the cost of gas, food etc. goes up! If America is smart, it will pick up the big dust-covered book everyone owns and almost never reads – no, not the Sears catalog – and find out that the One who made the universe has some rights too!

Mercey, the signs of social de-volution are everywhere. (I edited your comment a bit due to the photos in your suggested links; no pathway to such stuff here if I can help it.) One story yesterday is significant because it characterizes our time without having to even visit the hot-buttons of abortion and sexuality. Dallas is trying to figure out how to inspire, or motivate, young men to pick up their pants. How is it possible that belting pants at thigh or knee level is reasonable and that adults have to spend so much time trying to get young men to cover their underwear? The stupidity is overwhelming. Why can’t society just say, pick up your pants or get off the streets or out of places of business? If we can’t handle such an obvious issue what hope is there is something more significant?
